Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) द्वारा CRP CSA-XVI के अंतर्गत Customer Service Associate (CSA) / Clerk पदों पर भर्ती के लिए आधिकारिक अधिसूचना जारी की गई है। इस भर्ती अभियान के माध्यम से देशभर के विभिन्न Participating Public Sector Banks में कुल 11,403 पदों पर योग्य अभ्यर्थियों की नियुक्ति की जाएगी। बैंकिंग क्षेत्र में सरकारी नौकरी की तैयारी कर रहे उम्मीदवारों के लिए यह एक सुनहरा अवसर है।

आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की न्यूनतम आयु 20 वर्ष तथा अधिकतम आयु 28 वर्ष निर्धारित की गई है। आरक्षित वर्गों के उम्मीदवारों को केंद्र सरकार एवं IBPS के नियमानुसार आयु सीमा में छूट प्रदान की जाएगी। उम्मीदवारों को राष्ट्रीयता एवं अन्य पात्रता संबंधी सभी शर्तों को भी पूरा करना होगा, जैसा कि आधिकारिक अधिसूचना में उल्लेखित है।
