1. Joint Director (Research) – 01 Post

Eligibility: Officers of Central/State Government, UT Administrations, autonomous/statutory bodies, PSUs, recognised universities/research institutions.

Required:

Holding analogous post on regular basis; or
Five years' regular service in Level 11 or equivalent.
Master's degree in Law or Social Science subjects such as Political Science, Sociology, Social Work, Economics, Human Rights, Psychology, Population Studies, Criminology, or Statistics.
5 years' research experience in Social Science or Statistics.

2. Assistant Registrar – 01 Post

Analogous post on regular basis; or
Eight years' regular service in Level 8 or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree with Law from a recognised university/institute.

3. Senior Research Officer – 02 Posts

Analogous post; or
Five years' regular service in Level 10 or equivalent.
Master's Degree in prescribed Social Science subjects or Statistics.
3 years' research experience in Social Science or Statistics.

4. Principal Private Secretary – 01 Post

Analogous post; or
Eight years' regular service in Level 8 or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university/institute.

5. Assistant Information Officer / Assistant Director (Publication) – 01 Post

Analogous post; or
Four years' regular service in Level 8 or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree or Degree/PG Diploma in Journalism.
At least 3 years' supervisory experience in public relations/publicity, printing and publishing.

6. Research Officer – 02 Posts

Holding analogous post on regular basis.
Essential: Master's Degree in Social Science.
Desirable: Bachelor's Degree in Law and 3 years' research experience in Social Sciences.

7. Deputy Superintendent of Police – 02 Posts

Eligible officers from Central/State/UT Police Organisations.

Analogous post; or
Five years' regular service as Inspector in Level 7 or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in investigation.

8. Assistant Accounts Officer – 01 Post

Analogous post; or
Six years' regular service in Level 6 or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree.
Passed Subordinate Audit/Accounts Service Examination.
Completed prescribed Cash & Accounts training.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget work.

9. Personal Assistant – 03 Posts

Analogous post; or
Fifteen years' regular service after appointment in Level 4 or equivalent.
12th Class Pass.
Dictation: 100 words per minute for 10 minutes.
Computer transcription: English 40 minutes / Hindi 55 minutes.

10. Inspector – 05 Posts

Analogous post; or
Five years' regular service as Sub-Inspector in Level 6 or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree.
5 years' experience in vigilance/investigation/intelligence work.
Law degree is desirable.

11. Senior Research Assistant – 01 Post

Analogous post on regular basis.
Master's Degree in Social Science.
2 years' research experience in any Social Science.

12. Programmer Assistant – 02 Posts

Analogous post on regular basis.
Prescribed Master's Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Operations Research/Physics/Economics/Commerce with Statistics, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, along with prescribed computer/data-processing experience.
Alternative qualification routes involving Bachelor's Degree with Statistics and prescribed experience are also given in the circular.
Computer programming training/knowledge is desirable.

13. Accountant – 02 Posts

Analogous post; or
Ten years' regular service in Level 4 or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree.
Cash & Accounts training from Institute of Secretariat Training and Management.
3 years' experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget work.

14. Staff Car Driver (Grade-II) – 01 Post

Analogous post; or
Five years' regular service as Staff Car Driver (Grade-III) in Level 4 or equivalent.
10th Class Pass.

15. Assistant Librarian – 01 Post

Analogous post on regular basis.
Bachelor's Degree in Library Science / Library and Information Science.
2 years' professional library experience.
Diploma in Computer Application is desirable.

16. Staff Car Driver (Grade-III) – 01 Post

Analogous post; or
Eight years' regular service as Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) in Level 2 or equivalent.
10th Class Pass.

17. Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) – 03 Posts

Analogous post; or
Three years' regular service as Despatch Rider/Group C employee in Level 1 or equivalent.
10th Class Pass.
Valid driving licence for motor cars.
Knowledge of motor mechanism.
3 years' experience in driving motor cars.
Three years' Home Guard/Civil Volunteer service is desirable.

18. Constable – 02 Posts

From among personnel of Central Armed Police Forces or State Police Organisations.
Holding analogous post.
5 years' regular service.

19. Despatch Rider – 01 Post

Analogous post; or
Three years' regular service in Level 1 or equivalent.
10th Class Pass.
Valid driving licence for motorcycle or auto-rickshaw.
2 years' experience in driving motorcycle/auto-rickshaw.
Knowledge of motorcycle/auto-rickshaw mechanism.

6. Provide complete details of your present and previous employment, pay level and relevant experience.

7. Attach attested photocopies of APARs for the last five years.

8. Attach the required Integrity Certificate.

9. Attach Vigilance Clearance / Disciplinary Clearance.

10. Provide details of any major/minor penalties imposed during the last 10 years, if applicable.

11. Attach any other applicable documents required to establish eligibility.

12. Get the application properly verified and forwarded by the Cadre Controlling / Forwarding Authority.
